Terms of Service

1. The service

Nara provides tools for configuring and operating AI-assisted customer conversations, including connections to supported messaging platforms and business systems. Features may vary by plan, integration, location, and platform approval status.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use Nara for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization and administer the accounts, data, and third-party assets you connect.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning appropriate workspace access to your personnel.

4. Connected services

When you connect Telegram, a CRM, or another service, you authorize Nara to access and process the data needed to provide the requested integration. You must have all necessary rights and permissions to connect each account or business asset. Your use of a connected service remains subject to that provider's terms and policies. You can revoke a supported connection through Nara or the provider, but revocation does not automatically delete information previously processed by Nara.

5. Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of content and business materials you provide. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your instructions, catalog information, customer communications, and any required notices or consents.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Nara to:

• break the law or violate another person's rights;
• send spam, deceptive communications, or messages prohibited by a connected platform;
• impersonate others or misrepresent the source, capabilities, or purpose of an automated system;
• upload malicious code, probe security without permission, evade access controls, or disrupt the service;
• use generated output as the sole basis for decisions that require qualified professional judgment or that produce unlawful harm.

7. AI-generated output

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation. You are responsible for configuring your agent, reviewing its behavior, maintaining accurate source information, and using human oversight appropriate to your business. Nara does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

8. Fees and taxes

Paid features, prices, billing periods, and cancellation terms are presented when you purchase or activate them. You authorize the applicable payment provider to collect those charges and are responsible for taxes imposed on your purchase. Statutory refund and cancellation rights continue to apply where required by law.

9. Nara intellectual property

Nara, its software, interfaces, branding, and documentation are owned by SEENUPS or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended business purpose while your access remains active. They do not transfer ownership of Nara technology or branding to you.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Nara at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, a material breach, security risk, unlawful conduct, platform restrictions, or harm to users or the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

11. Service availability and warranties

We work to keep Nara reliable, but the service depends on networks, AI providers, and third-party platforms outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, Nara is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SEENUPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of data arising from use of Nara. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Nara during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts of Kazakhstan, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised Terms and update the effective date. If a material change requires notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it before the change takes effect.
